What to do next

Email me at zoesheehancounselling@gmail.com or call 07812684335 to book your first session or to ask any questions.

I work in central Cheltenham and I can offer you face to face or online sessions.

The first session

Our first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other. During this session, I'll also get a better understanding of what you're seeking from therapy, ensuring that I am the right person to support you.

Regular Therapy Sessions

If you decide to proceed, we will typically meet at the same time each week for a 50 minute session. There is no cap on how many sessions you can have. I will regularly check in with how you feel things are going and support you when you feel ready to close the sessions. Therapy is open-ended, meaning it can be either long-term or short-term, depending on your individual needs. All sessions take place in my dedicated therapy room in Cheltenham Town Centre, conveniently located near public transport and parking.
